3D Modelling

3D modeling is the process of creating a 3D representation of any surface or object by manipulating polygons, edges, and vertices in simulated 3D space. 3D modeling can be achieved manually with specialized 3D production software that lets an artist create and deform polygonal surfaces, or by scanning real-world objects into a set of data points that can be used to represent the object digitally.

Digital Archaeology

The digital archaeology is the study of the archaeological past using technology. It is a bridge between the archaeological experts who want analytical tools and the wider public who want to be engaged in the past. It is a wonderful realm of photography, laser scanners, 3D modeling, augmented reality systems, and most recently, 3D printing. Digital Archaeology is a way of replicating reality to preserve a record so that a site or artifact can be more efficiently and widely studied as a digital version or, with 3D printing, an actual copy of itself.

Industrial Heritage

Industrial heritage refers to the physical remains of the history of technology and industry, such as manufacturing and mining sites, as well as power and transportation infrastructure. The term is often also used in connection with museums or historic places related to industry, including worker housing and warehouses. The scientific study of such remains is called industrial archaeology. The industrial heritage of a region is an aspect of its cultural heritage.

3D Mapping

3D GIS modelling allows scientists to create three-dimensional representations or models of the way an area looks. Integrate engineering data, survey data, point clouds, and digital imagery to create and update highly accurate 3D information models and databases. Automatically create 3D reality meshes of cities. The produced models can feature overlayed spatial datasets, such as street widths overlayed with tree and building locations. By bringing this information together, 3D GIS allows users to better understand how disparate data relates.
